+ BENEFITS OF A TWIN-RAIL (P&F) CONVEYOR IN AN ALUMINIUM PROFILE COATING LINE:

When coating long products with a conventional single-rail conveyor, turning the products requires a very large radius and takes up a lot of floor space.
A twin-rail conveyor (Power & Free Conveyor) can move products sideways and in reverse.
As a result, an aluminium profile line with a P&F conveyor can be installed in a small footprint of at least 40 m long and 7 m wide – saving a great deal of floor space and installation area compared with a conventional single-rail 5T chain system.

- AN ALUMINIUM PROFILE COATING LINE consists of the following stages:

1 - Product CONVEYOR system: AUTOMATIC twin-rail type.

2 - Product SPRAY system: AUTOMATIC + MANUAL spraying

3 - Paint CURING OVEN for surface finishing: AUTOMATIC curing.
